For the past 25 days or so, I have been doing the Bikini Mommy 90 Day Challenge by Briana Christine. It is an amazing workout and find that I have to push my self with every workout day to finish, but I am definitely feeling the results. I feel so much stronger! I highly recommend starting this!!! here's the link ;)
I can't wait to make it to the end of the 90 days and see what kind of progress I have made :) Also, in order to find the workouts, you will have to go to look under the photos tab. Briana has them in albums by days :) Oh, and did I mention that it's FREE!?!?!
